Rules use a simple syntax for matching transaction descriptions:

Key rule: The minus sign (-) is only a NOT operator when it has a space before it. Without a space, it's part of the word: T-MOBILE, AUTO-PMT, COCA-COLA all stay as single terms.
Rule priority: When multiple rules could match a transaction, the most specific one wins. Rules with more terms beat fewer terms. Among equal terms, longer keywords beat shorter ones. So "T-MOBILE PCS" beats "MOBILE", and "WALMART+GROCERY" beats "WALMART". Account-scoped rules take priority over generic ones.
