Words together means all of them. AND, OR and NOT in capitals, "quotes" for an exact phrase, and brackets to group. Searching happens in your browser. What you type is not sent anywhere.
💡 Tips & Tricks
• Drop all PDFs at once — select 12+ files and drop them together. They process sequentially with progress tracking.
• Trim date — Use the trim date in Insights to hide old transactions from the dashboard without deleting them. Reports can still access the full date range.
• Rule sorting — In Insights, toggle between sorting rules By Keyword, By Category, or By Date to find and manage rules quickly.
• Edit rules inline — Click 🔧 on any rule in the Insights list to change its keyword or target category without deleting and recreating.
• Rename transactions — Click ✏️ to fix a description the extraction got wrong. The new name is uppercased and re-checked against your rules — unless you set that transaction's category yourself, in which case your choice stays put.
• Re-select folder — Click the 📁 folder name in the header if you need to refresh folder permissions after a browser restart.
• Reprocess a statement — Click the × on its card in the Files tab, then drop the PDF again for a fresh extraction.
• Backup & Restore — Use 📦 Export Backup in the Files tab to save your rules, preferences, and action items. Use 📥 Restore Backup to load them into a new folder or after a fresh install.
